AED LEGAL STUFF
Please keep in mind many states have binding AED laws that require organizations to fully comply with the state’s AED regulations. Simply putting an AED on the wall is, in many states, illegal and subjects the organization to significant legal risk. For example in the state of Maryland, “Entities operating AEDs without a valid certificate of authorization or renewal are in violation of Maryland Sate law”.
